Our client is looking to employ a Logistics Compliance Manager.

Important extras:

• Work hours are from Tuesday – Thursday 8:00  – 18:00 & Friday/Saturdays 11:00 – 20:00. (You will be off on Sundays & Mondays)
• You must have a valid driver’s license
• You must have a clear criminal record
• You must have advanced Excel skills to complete the daily reports to head office
• You don’t need to go in to an office
• A company laptop and cell phone will be supplied

Your responsibilities will include monitoring the driver’s performances, training of the managers & drivers, manage and work to improve weekly KPI’s, conduct regular audits to assess & measure performance and compliance, address key branch tracking metrics in regional driver growth with the management team and compiling weekly reports to feedback.

• COMPLETED national diploma or degree in Supply chain / Logistics/ Transport/ Industrial Engineering
• 1 – 2 years’ experience in an OPERATIONAL role in a Supply chain or logistics environment
• experience dealing with clients/ suppliers /customers 
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (MSWord, Excel & PowerPoint) required
• Hands-on field and operational experience
• Understand convenience and customer service
