Team Leader: Squeaks and Rattle / Motor Mechanic-jobs in Silverton

We are looking for someone with the following experience:

At this stage we are only looking for South African born candidates. Must have automotive industry experience.

Diagnose squeaks and rattle related concerns & establish cause of squeaks and rattle related concerns. repair and validate vehicles on the squeaks and rattle track.
Drive test units on the squeaks and rattle track as per procedure following safety & procedural guidelines
Diagnose squeaks and rattle related concerns & establish cause of rattle
Repair Squeak and Rattle concerns from squeaks and rattle, 4-Poster and company consumer product audit/Surveillance and validate repair on squeaks and rattle track
Input QUALITY LEADERSHIP SYSTEM repair comments for all vehicles repaired
Input data entry into the global squeak and rattle Paynter
Use authorized repair methods/ Repair Manual
Adherence to standards
Maintain 5s standards in workshop
Effectively communicate with team leader on any abnormalities
Problem solving to stabilize repair operations
Escalate quality concerns to team leader
Company production system compliance
Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost and People Key performance index achievements
Adherence to the One Behaviors
