Introduction

Our client is looking for a well established Administration Team Leader to join their company in Centurion.The main purpose of the position is to be responsible to Lead and Manage the Administration Team according to internal and external SOP’s and SLA’s. This position will from part of the 24/7 Bureau Administration Team

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Coach Team Members on day-to-day responsibilities where required
  • Assist in resolving any issues impacting team productivity.
  • Provide encouragement to team members, including communicating team goals and identifying areas for new training or skill checks.
  • Managing the day-to-day operational aspects of the administration team and coordinating work load planning where needed.
  • Drive and complete Performance and associated Metrics.
  • Conduct monthly meetings with the team and individual staff meetings regularly.
  • Conduct appraisals with all staff in the administration team throughout the year.
  • Perform Quality Checks and address service level discrepancies.
  • Create and maintain customer matrix on a weekly and monthly basis.
  • Ensure Bureau Administrators send discrepancies to the correct internal and external distribution channels.
  • Ensure Compliance according to internal and external SOP and SLA.
  • Review processes and procedures within the administration team for efficiency and quality.
  • Ensure efficient initiation of service channels within Bureau and between Bureau and the Customer.
  • Engage with Inter Departments regarding Bureau Administration requests.
  • Complete Daily, weekly and monthly reports as per SOP and SLA.
  • Engage with customers on administration service levels and requests
  • To strictly adhere to all Departmental and Company Policies, Procedures and SOP’s.
  • To complete any other task or duty management may reasonably expect of you

Desired Experience & Qualification

  • Grade 12/Matric
  • Minimum 3 years relevant experience
  • Data Capturing and Administration
  • Psira Level C
  • Management Certificate
  • Vehicle Tracking and Fleet Management Knowledge
  • MS Office – Intermediate
  • MS CRM – Intermediate
  • Ability to work under pressure and in a high paced environment
  • Attention to detail
