We are seeking a Talent Office Administrator, for a permanent vacancy, based in Cape Town, Western Cape

Duties & Responsibilities

Applicants are required to meet the following criteria:

  • Grade 12 with a B.Degree in HR Management
  • 2+ years in-house recruitment administration experience
  • Able to multitask, great organizational skills and time management ability
  • Good communication skills

The successful applicant would be responsible for, but not limited to:

  • Assist with full function recruitment – placing advertisements, identifying candidates, schedule interviews and perform background checks
  • Maintain schedules and coordinate activities / events
  • Update recruitment tracker, scanning and filing
  • Maintain personnel records
  • Order stationery and on boarding working tools
  • Booking flights and accommodation – domestic & international
  • General assistance to HR Manager

Salary: R10 000.00 – R12 000.00 per month
