- Grade 12 with a B.Degree in HR Management
- 2+ years in-house recruitment administration experience
- Able to multitask, great organizational skills and time management ability
- Good communication skills
The successful applicant would be responsible for, but not limited to:
- Assist with full function recruitment – placing advertisements, identifying candidates, schedule interviews and perform background checks
- Maintain schedules and coordinate activities / events
- Update recruitment tracker, scanning and filing
- Maintain personnel records
- Order stationery and on boarding working tools
- Booking flights and accommodation – domestic & international
- General assistance to HR Manager

Salary: R10 000.00 – R12 000.00 per month
