• Diploma or Degree in Ceramics, Chemical, Materials, Mechanical or Metallurgy
• Certificate in Refractories will be advantageous
• Minimum 5 years experience in Refractories, Chemical, Industry, Mining, or related industries is preferred
• Must have intermediate level MS excel competency
• Experience in B2B Sales or Technical Support function
• Proven track record Sales Account Management
• Salesforce (CRM), MS Office, and/or Google Suite will be advantageous
• Willingness to travel (up to 70%)
• A valid Driver’s license & own reliable vehicle
• Excellent communication skills
• Very presentable individual
• Strategic thinking, problem solving, critical thinking and analytical skills
• Proficiency in relationship building, networking, persuasion and influential skills
• Self-starter and self-directed
• Ability to work under pressure
• Working in a dusty & noisy area, required to use appropriate PPE occasionally
• May be required to work outside of normal working hours
