Introduction

Our client requires the service of an experienced Sales Consultant to join their team.

Duties & Responsibilities

Key performance areas:

  • Consultation via phone calls, emails and face-to-face contact
  • Ensuring correct costing on selected materials & finishes
  • Maintenance of relationship with client & follow ups
  • Handing over client need sheets and correct information for templates
  • Correctly processing template information to hand over to production

Desired Experience & Qualification

The successful candidate must have:

  • Matric with a relevant qualification would be an advantageous
  • 3 Years’ experience working in the construction/customer service/sales industry will be highly advantageous 
  • Excellent computer literacy (Excel, Word, Servicem8, Smart2Dcutting, Google sheets)
  • Excellent verbal & written communication – must be fully bilingual (Afrikaans & English)
  • Exhibit professional spelling & correct use of grammar
  • Must be willing and comfortable taking orders and advice from those in senior positions
  • Must be able to work well in a team environment 
  • Be eager to learn and preferably quick to learn
  • Must be a go-getter
  • Must be presentable and professional at all times
