Duties & Responsibilities

  • Take ownership of the sales and costs for the unit under management and achieve financial targets.
  • Ensure that the prescribed levels of service are maintained in your outlet.
  • Ensure that all stocks are maintained to adequate levels according to Company standards, including food, beverages, uniforms and operating equipment.
  • Ensure that all unit employees are trained in principles of customer and service management, and that these standards are consistently applied.
  • Hygiene inspection takes place incorporating all food outlets, back of house areas and bars liaising with Food & Beverage Management.

Desired Experience & Qualification

  • Matric / Grade 12 or equivalent
  • Business Management/Hospitality qualification
  • Knowledge of the occupational health and safety
  • Knowledge of the hygiene audit protocols
  • 3 to 5 years related multi venue experience
  • Ability to manage staff
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time¬†efficiently
  • Fluent in English
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Detail orientated
  • Exceptional organisational and planning skills
  • Good time management skills
  • Computer literacy skills in MS Office
  • Good interpersonal relationship skills
  • Certificate of fitness
