Duties & Responsibilities
- Take ownership of the sales and costs for the unit under management and achieve financial targets.
- Ensure that the prescribed levels of service are maintained in your outlet.
- Ensure that all stocks are maintained to adequate levels according to Company standards, including food, beverages, uniforms and operating equipment.
- Ensure that all unit employees are trained in principles of customer and service management, and that these standards are consistently applied.
- Hygiene inspection takes place incorporating all food outlets, back of house areas and bars liaising with Food & Beverage Management.
Desired Experience & Qualification
- Matric / Grade 12 or equivalent
- Business Management/Hospitality qualification
- Knowledge of the occupational health and safety
- Knowledge of the hygiene audit protocols
- 3 to 5 years related multi venue experience
- Ability to manage staff
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
- Fluent in English
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Detail orientated
- Exceptional organisational and planning skills
- Good time management skills
- Computer literacy skills in MS Office
- Good interpersonal relationship skills
- Certificate of fitness
