Regulatory Affairs Manager. (B.Pharm). No dossier work, manage a small RA team. (Not BEE, open to all). – Government Job Vacancies in Jhb South (Alberton area)

A leading pharmaceutical company has an opportunity for an RA Manager. Ideally, the position will suit an experienced RA Pharmacist who is ready to move ‘off the dossiers’, and into a manager role.
Previous manager experience, even if it’s not in regulatory affairs, is an advantage but not a requirement.

Primary job functions:

To manage a team of about 5 RA Pharmacists and RA Scientists to achieve their monthly output of regulatory affairs dossier and RA compliance work.

The position is primarily an RA manager role, not a dossier compilation role.
Ideally, you should be able to manage a mixed team – young and old, male and female, variouscultires etc.

Requirements:

B.Pharm degree required – non-negotiable
About 4 to 5 years of RA experience is preferred – negotiable
About 1 to 2 years of manager experience is preferred.

Location within driving distance of Alberton / Jhb South is a requirement – this is a full-day Monday to Friday position, based in-office, not work from home.

Salary is negotiable based on specific expertise and experience.
A market-related salary can be discussed in order to attarct the right candidate.

Depending upon the above, a slary range of R70k to R80k ctc p/m is envisioned.
(about R800k to R1 million per year).
