Regional Administrative Coordinator:
Job specifications:
- Assist with monthly commission reports
- Work closely with the National Amin Manager, to assist with Branch duties
- Work closely with the National Admin Coordinator ensuring branches are operating securely and effectively, ensure FICA and POPIA compliancy
- Set an example for team members of commitment, activities, work ethics and habits and personal character
- Assisting National Admin manager in compiling information and reports
- Participating in weekly meetings
- Prepare meeting presentations for the National Admin Manager
- Developing strong relationships with Senior Administrators
- Occasionally traveling to different branches
- Working with Natis documents and licensing of vehicles
- Working with Police Clearances
- Provide training to sales executives and admin staff

- Excellent Microsoft Excel Skills.
- Strong report writing and presentation skills.
- Accuracy and attention to detail.

- Have the ability to follow instructions and implement projects.
- Needs to be self-driven, have the ability to work under pressure, by meeting deadlines effectively and efficiently.
