Regional Administrative Coordinator:

Job specifications:

  • Assist with monthly commission reports
  • Work closely with the National Amin Manager, to assist with Branch duties
  • Work closely with the National Admin Coordinator ensuring branches are operating securely and effectively, ensure FICA and POPIA compliancy
  • Set an example for team members of commitment, activities, work ethics and habits and personal character
  • Assisting National Admin manager in compiling information and reports
  • Participating in weekly meetings
  • Prepare meeting presentations for the National Admin Manager
  • Developing strong relationships with Senior Administrators
  • Occasionally traveling to different branches
  • Working with Natis documents and licensing of vehicles
  • Working with Police Clearances
  • Provide training to sales executives and admin staff

  • Strong interpersonal skills and adaptability
  • Decision-making skills
  • Excellent Microsoft Excel Skills.
  • Strong report writing and presentation skills.
  • Accuracy and attention to detail.

  • Excellent organization skills.
  • Have the ability to follow instructions and implement projects.
  • Needs to be self-driven, have the ability to work under pressure, by meeting deadlines effectively and efficiently.
