Well established fastening company is looking to employ a Receptionist at their Richards Bay branch
Duties & Responsibilities
Operating the telephone switchboard, receiving and transferring incoming calls.
2. Cashier – collection on all cash sales and banking daily.
3. Managing petty cash
4. Control of printed invoices – and collecting POD’s and submitting daily including manuals.
5. Filling daily – creditors invoices – sending to head office.
6. General admin – attendance register – leave forms so on
7. Stock bin allocations – moving forward with ISO – more Bolt-pac functions to be included.
8. Must have some experience / knowledge with micro-soft applications ( this to be the main criteria- all above functions can be in house trained )
Desired Experience & Qualification
Must have matric with relevant experience
