Duties & Responsibilities
- Operating the telephone switchboard
- Receiving and transferring incoming calls
- Collecting money from cash sales
- Banking
- Managing petty cash
- Manage all printed invoices
- Collect PODs and submit daily
- Filing
- Send Creditors invoices to HO
- General administration
- Manage the Attendance Register and Leave forms
Desired Experience & Qualification
- Matric
- Previous experience in administration and reception
