Duties & Responsibilities

  • Operating the telephone switchboard
  • Receiving and transferring incoming calls
  • Collecting money from cash sales
  • Banking
  • Managing petty cash
  • Manage all printed invoices
  • Collect PODs and submit daily
  • Filing
  • Send Creditors invoices to HO
  • General administration
  • Manage the Attendance Register and Leave forms

Desired Experience & Qualification

  • Matric
  • Previous experience in administration and reception
