Our client is looking for a Pre-approval Administrator to assist clients in the process of owning their own home by qualifying them according to bank guidelines. Must come from a Home loans and or Bank Industry. Experience with Home loans/Bond is essential

Home loans / Banking pre-approvals experience working with bonds A MUST

Qualifying clients in accordance with bank guidelines

2 -3 years’ experience in the Bond Origination / Home loans and or Banking Industry

Job Duties

Qualifying clients according to bank guidelines

Reviewing client’s credit reports, income and expenses and bank statements

Compiling and completing all the necessary documents required by banks
