My client in Melrose is looking for a Senior Administrator/PA that can speak Afrikaans & English. 

The candidate needs to have exceptional computer literacy skills and more than 5 years experience as a PA. 

Duties & Responsibilities

Contract Administration (60%)

  • Allocate maintenance requests to service providers and track progress / close out.
  • Monitor completion of scheduled property maintenance and keep maintenance schedules up to date.
  • Draft correspondence such as emails, letters of appointment, completion certificates.
  • Draft meeting minutes (from written notes).
  • Prepare and issue payment certificates packs.
  • Compile / review project payment statements.
  • Draft professional services agreements (using e-cloud online system).
  • Issue contract instructions.
  • Prepare regular progress reports.
  • Completion of supplier registration forms as and when required.
  • Ensure the company’s corporate identity is adhered to

Personal Assistant (40%)

  • Flight, accommodation and rental car bookings.
  • Visa applications.
  • Compile reports and presentations as and when required.
  • Coordinating project activities for specific sites ● Schedule or facilitate project meetings

Desired Experience & Qualification

  • Matric
  • A relevant qualification
  • Valid driver’s licence
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant administrative experience within a dynamic and fast-paced environment
  • Advanced computer skills
