
Ad Hoc Client - 5363182
Main Responsibilities:
- Process procurement orders
- Receipting of purchase orders
- Submit timely reports and prepare presentations / proposals as requested
- Receive and allocate stock in SAGE
- Process and track new orders
- Allocate payments and liaise with customers on their accounts
- Plan shipments and prepare shipment documents locate payments and liaising with customers on their accounts
- Update records
- General office admin
Selection Criteria / Additional Competencies & Skills
- Matric
- 2-3 yearsÂ’ experience in an administrative function, preferably from within a manufacturing environment
- Good working knowledge of SAGE, Microsoft suite and SharePoint (tracking, sharing and organizing documents)
- Must be familiar with logistics
- Deadline driven
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work under pressure and multi-task
- Understanding of basic office management procedures and basic accounting principles
- Good communication skills
- Great Team Player
- Willingness to learn/Flexibility
