Ad Hoc Client - 5363182

Main Responsibilities:

  • Process procurement orders
  • Receipting of purchase orders
  • Submit timely reports and prepare presentations / proposals as requested
  • Receive and allocate stock in SAGE
  • Process and track new orders
  • Allocate payments and liaise with customers on their accounts
  • Plan shipments and prepare shipment documents locate payments and liaising with customers on their accounts
  • Update records
  • General office admin

Selection Criteria / Additional Competencies & Skills

  • Matric
  • 2-3 years’ experience in an administrative function, preferably from within a manufacturing environment
  • Good working knowledge of SAGE, Microsoft suite and SharePoint (tracking, sharing and organizing documents)
  • Must be familiar with logistics
  • Deadline driven
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work under pressure and multi-task
  • Understanding of basic office management procedures and basic accounting principles
  • Good communication skills
  • Great Team Player
  • Willingness to learn/Flexibility
