New opportunity has become available for a Marketing Coordinator at a well established concern

Duties & Responsibilities

Management and co-ordination of marketing activities
Business cards, email signatures
Event marketing – co-ordinate and facilitate event marketing
Create content and involved in content planning meetings and pitch ideas for the website and social media channels
Maintenance of Company Website
Monitor, track, analyse and report on performance on social media platforms
Researching trends and updates in marketing and social media
Assist various departments with internal and external marketing communication
General daily marketing duties in support of senior management
Assist sales department in all marketing material and mail shots on specials
Advise the sales department of any new marketing information, press releases, technical; innovations and customer responses
General admin:
Co-ordinate corporate gifting and gifts when required
Assist with proofing written materials for style, grammar, etc.
Assist with general administrative tasks
Assist with creating and maintaining Company policies, procedures and SOP’s
Arranging and booking of travel, accommodation, car rental for business travel
Ensuring printers and equipment are in good working condition and liaise with suppliers for repairs and maintenance.
PA to MD/FM:
Assist in compiling and preparing reports, presentations, documents and correspondence
Track activities and provide reminders for deadlines
Manage the electronic diary, organize meetings and schedule appointments
Filing, reporting, organising, and managing contractual and legal documentation.

Key Performance Areas
Maintaining and managing marketing schedules
Monthly updates of website and social media info
Monthly update of all info and content for video streaming
On time and accurate reports, presentations and other deliverables
On time and accurate travel arrangements
Timeous response to all office and facilities issues

Desired Experience & Qualification

Grade 12
Qualification in Marketing
Solid MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and electronic diary management etc)
Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role
Experience in developing and executing marketing campaign
Experience working with CRM, Email Marketing Tools, Marketing Automation Software, Survey Development Software, Google Analytics, Google AdWords, WordPress and Social Media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, and YouTube) will be advantageous

Package & Remuneration

R20 000 to R25 000
