Duties & Responsibilities
- Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within the schedule
- Continuously improve through feedbackÂ
- Coordinate sales effort with team members and other department
- Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships
- Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfactionÂ
- Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends
- Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of customer to meet their needs
- Present, promote, and sell products and services
- Reach out to customer leads through cold callingÂ
- Supply management with reports customer, product and service needs
Desired Experience & Qualification
- Attention to detail
- Previous Sales experienceÂ
- Knowledge of Waste management
- Strong negotiation, planning and organisational skills
- Provide new blood to the organisation, in the form of fresh customers and leadsÂ
- Sales hunterÂ
- Must have own reliable transportÂ
