The candidate will be required to handle administrative duties for different individuals and departments.

Duties & Responsibilities

The candidate will be required to handle administrative duties for different individuals and departments.

Responsibilities include:
Positioned at the front desk responsibilities would include but not limited to:
- Data capturing – updating a database daily
- Managing the phone system (answer all incoming calls, responding to general enquiries, taking messages, making calls on behalf of Directors if required).
- Front office general administration and visitor management.
- Meeting room management.
- Assist in the organization of events/activities
- Administration assistance to Finance and Production team.
- Assist directors in any administrative requirements
- Coordination of all deliveries and outgoing parcels along with the management of all courier services.
- Office management (ordering stationery, water, office supplies, general maintenance and functioning of the office).
- Manage the office cleaner

Skills and Competencies
- EXCELLENT organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
- Able to prioritize and work well under pressure
- Meticulous
- Excellent self-management skills and works well under limited direct supervision.
- English speaking
- Good interpersonal skills to deal with various personalities within the company.
Experience, Knowledge, and Qualifications
- Minimum Qualification – Grade 12
- Minimum 3 yearsÂ’ experience in a corporate environment
- Minimum 2 years of office administration experience
- General accounting, business and/or logistics administration experience would be advantageous.
- Good IT skills – proficient in MS Outlook, MS Word, and MS Excel
- MUST have valid driverÂ’s license and own transport
