Our Client based in Delmas is looking for a HR administrator  to assist with the day to day operations of the Human Resources department by providing clerical and administrative support.

Duties & Responsibilities

The successful candidate will asssist with the following:

-Maintain a meticulous and updated employee filing system

-Record all employee transactions

-Assist with time and attendance administration

-Engage in ad-hoc HR and Payroll administration duties when required

-Run all HR reports

– Provident fund, funeral fund and death benefit administration

– Employment Equity Administration

– Training, Skills and Development Administration

Desired Experience & Qualification


Matric with a relevant HR qualification


3-5 years experience in HR administration

Knowledge and Skills:

Excellent computer skills

Highly proficient in MS Office (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Sage VIP exprience is essential  

Knowledge of Basic Conditions of Employment Act and COIDA

Excellent verbal and written skills in both Afrikaans and English

Strong administration skills

Excellent attention to detail

Strong ability to co-ordinate and prioritise time requirements and workload


Preference will be given to EE/AA candidates.



Package & Remuneration

R 10 000 – R12 000 per month
