Head Chef / Sous Chef Cape TownÂ
Our catering client in cape town is looking for a head chef for their catering division. Hotel or Chef qualification advantageous.Â
Salary negotiable plus benefits (weekend work required if needed otherwise Monday to Friday (No night shifts)Â
Responsibilities
In charge of KitchenÂ
Responsible for Production PlanningÂ
In charge of executing a set menu (breakfast, Lunch and early dinner)Â
Attending to all quality standards and enhancements.Â
Ensuring that food goes out as planned timesÂ
Planning and Executing of internal Functions for UNIT.Â
Ordering and stock control.Â
HSE Hygiene and HACCP.Â
Manage other chefs and staff in the unit
Attending to meeting with catering management.Â
