Introduction

The optimum candidate for the role will be responsible for identifying and creating new qualified opportunities within the various BU’s supported. This individual will be responsible for managing the outbound campaigns within the BU’s by generating net-new meetings through diligent prospecting that directly influences Viadex’s sales pipeline.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Drive outbound prospecting initiatives as well as effectively manage inbound lead flow
  • Meet or exceed Demand Generation Assistant (DGA) sourced Sales Accepted Opportunity (SAO) volume targets
  • Collaborate with and leverage teammates to develop targeted lists, call strategies, and messaging to drive opportunities
  • Utilize business and industry knowledge to research accounts, identify key players, generate interest, engagement strategies and closing strategies
  • Assist Team Lead in creating and updating sales processes handbooks (call guides and email guides)
  • Manage, track, and report on all activities and results using CRM
  • Act as a Viadex ambassador to the business community
  • Act as a mentor for new Demand Generation Assistant (DGA) hires in helping them get up to speed

Desired Experience & Qualification

  • Experience in outbound prospecting experience for B2B companies  
  • Strong passion for sales and sales processes
  • Positive and energetic phone skills, excellent listening skills, strong writing skills
  • Proficient in using a CRM (Dynamics is bonus but not a must) and LinkedIn
  • Excellent organisational skills and can multitask across teams, projects, and priorities
  • Knowledge of business processes, roles, and organisational structures
  • Determined personality with a desire to grow and win
  • Desire to work in a fast-moving space, own and design programs, and make a meaningful impact to the success of the business
  • Experience using marketing automation, CRM, and enablement tools  
  • Technical aptitude – can learn new programs and have an ability for picking them up quickly
  • Resourcefulness and proactivity
