Duties & Responsibilities

 The purpose of the role is to assist and support HR and Line Management through effective and efficient HR Administration and services.

Skills and Competencies:

  • Computer literacy (MS Office) and Outlook
  • Basic knowledge of HR Practices
  • Basic knowledge of interviewing skills
  • Knowledge of labour legislation (i.e. Basic Conditions of Employment, Labour relations, Skills Development, South African Qualifications Authority)
  • Analyse and solve problems
  • Communicate Clearly
  • Plan and Strategize ahead
  • Build and use key relationships
  • Innovate and Create
  • Work with others
  • Organise
  • Attention to detail

Desired Experience & Qualification

  • Bachelors degree in HR Management
  • Honours / Masters will be a strong advantage
  • No experience required
