Duties & Responsibilities
 The purpose of the role is to assist and support HR and Line Management through effective and efficient HR Administration and services.
Skills and Competencies:
- Computer literacy (MS Office) and Outlook
- Basic knowledge of HR Practices
- Basic knowledge of interviewing skills
- Knowledge of labour legislation (i.e. Basic Conditions of Employment, Labour relations, Skills Development, South African Qualifications Authority)
- Analyse and solve problems

Desired Experience & Qualification
- Bachelors degree in HR Management
- Honours / Masters will be a strong advantage
- No experience required
