  • Absenteeism and Leave Records
  • Administer Payroll System
  • Progressive Discipline
  • Exit Interview Process
  • Administration of Training & Skills Development Program
  • Performance management
  • Employment equity
  • HR Audit

 

Desired Experience & Qualification

  1. Grade 12
  2. HR qualification
  3. Excellent admin skills
  4. Previous experience in a similar role
  5. Pastel Payroll experience
  6. Puntual, honest, reliable

Package & Remuneration

R20 000 – R28 000 pm
