Our client is looking for self movitated Debtors Clerk to join their team.

The suitable candidate will  provide an efficient and effective service to the debtor’s administrative function.

• Achieve set collection targets
• Worked with multiple accounts
• Ensure legislative requirements are adhered to collection outstanding fees
• Ensure consistent and professional service levels
• Responsible for collecting on age analysis, handling account enquiries
• Responsible for receiving and processing payments
• Must be well organised with good management skills
• To be able to communicate well with customers
• To be able to keep records of paid and unpaid accounts
• Must be proficient in accounting, book keeping and financial work

Desired Experience & Qualification:

• Grade 12
• 5-7 years’ experience as a Debtors Clerk using Sage Accounting system
• MS office proficient

• Able to work with a high level of accuracy and under pressure 
• Very organised work habits and able to adhere to strict deadlines 
• Good English verbal and written communication skills 
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Excellent planning skills 
• Willingness to work overtime as and when required
