Introduction
Dynamic Higher Education Institution requires a Campaign Manager, implementation of marketing campaigns across Google, Facebook and other digital platforms including support on the domain website. The required candidate will manage all Digital Marketing and Customer Relationship Management activities and report directly to the Head of Performance.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the company’s websiteÂ
- Manage and maintain the company’s social media platforms and assist on certain brand’s social media platforms;
- Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTubeÂ
- Event Social Media Coverage & CRM Collection;
- Pre- and post-event digital amplification and content creation (working with in-house design team / partnering agencies / freelance consultants)
- Attend brand events to assist with the management of CRM Collection, digital activations, videographers and to capture live social media coverageÂ
- Monthly Reporting;
- Stay ahead of new digital trends
- Negotiate contracts with service providers
- Internal CRM Database Management
- Email & SMS MarketingÂ
- Affiliate Marketing
- Work with trade partners (On-trade and off-trade) to digitally amplify all brand activityÂ
Work with e-commerce retail partners to optimise product listings and explore future opportunitiesÂ
- Project Management
- Work with in-house design agency and freelance consultants on various CRM and brand projectsÂ
Develop, nurture and manage online communities
Work within agreed budgets
Train users on new projectsÂ
Desired Experience & Qualification
- Completed Marketing/ Advertising related Degree or DiplomaÂ
- Digital Marketing short courses (Advantageous)Â
- Minimum 3 – 5 years’ experience in Digital Marketing (Agency or in-house)Â
- Valid driver’s licenseÂ
- (CMS) knowledge & experienceÂ
- Experience working on EdTech an advantage
