Role purpose:

The right candidate would need to have all round digital experience in social media, digital marketing, PPC, SEO as well as being familiar with e-commerce & CRM.


As the key digital ambassador in the agency you will be responsible for managing a medium sized team, overseeing all budgets & ROI. You would lead new business pitches as well as work collabroatively with the wider agency on through the line campaigns.

You will also oversee processes both within the digital department and work with the agency systems.


Client Relationships

  • Able to build and maintains close client relationships with key senior clients
  • Growing business organically through client retention, defining goals for new business development and actively seeking new business opportunities
  • Fosters integration across agency disciplines to ensure cohesive delivery on projects
  • Advocating the company’s mission, culture, confidentiality, standards etc.
  • Be a company ambassador at networking events
  • Lead new business, manage inbound and outbound marketing efforts


Financial Management

  • Overseeing & managing client budgets
  • Effectively managing associated financial processes


Strategic understanding

  • Combined understanding of clients’ businesses and digital/TTL media environment, to refine strategies that address key marketing challenges and deliver value.
  • Pro actively pursuing innovative solutions and ideas for clients


Minimum 2 years in people management role with digital experience.

Package & Remuneration

R35 000 CTC per month
