Cost Accountant – Government Job Vacancies in Cape Town: Cape Flats

Manage and maintain monthly reasonability checks and cost implosions
Assist in annual budget preparation
Develop and manage reports
Analysing production variances.
Yield and Cost reporting.
Implementation of controls and identification of control weaknesses.
Monitoring inventory transaction and ensure ERP is live and accurate
Assist in stock counts.
 
Skills & Experience:
Ability to understand new concepts and wanting to learn.
Action orientated and output driven.
Good interpersonal skills.
Ability to implement changes/new processes.
 
Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Cost Accounting
Minimum 5 years Cost Accounting in Manufacturing.
Solid understanding of demand planning and forecasting.
Advanced Excel, Pivot tables, Vlookups & Hlookups etc
