Duties & Responsibilities

Main accountabilities:

  • Be the Second in Charge of the entire store including managing Staff.
  • Assisting the Store Manager in all aspects of running the store.
  • Be a brand representative and remain professional at all times.
  • Maximising turnover, driving customer service & stock control.
  • Innovative visual merchandising to optimise sales.
  • Reducing stock loss.
  • Driving turnover to meet KPI’s.
  • Maintaining health & safety practices.

Desired Experience & Qualification

Experience & Qualification

  • 5+ Years Retail experience (preferably Hardware) 
  • Must have at least 3 years of Supervisory experience.
  • Preference will be given to candidates that are fully vaccinated 
  • Strong character who is able to provide guidance and direction to a team.
  • Must be English speaking 
  • Must have good interpersonal and customer relations skills
