African Realty Trust (Pty) Ltd. currently has a vacancy for a Administrative Manager, to be based in Tzaneen, Limpopo.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Oversee day to day management of admin department.
  • Support function to Group Accountant and Financial Manager.
  • Implement improvement by streamlining admin processes.
  • Ensure timeous availability of quality financial information to support effective decision making.
  • Take charge of international, cash and local debtor management.
  • Co-ordinate and ensure BEE compliance.

Desired Qualification & Experience

Minimum Qualifications :

BCom degree with articles or similar qualification.

Experience :

3 years or more experience in a Senior Accounting role.

Knowledge and Skills :

  • SAP experience will be an advantage, Basic computer literacy skills essential.
  • Analytical and logical problem-solving skills.
  • A good business acumen.
  • Detail orientated.
  • Exceptional communications skills.
  • Honesty and discretion.
  • Deadline driven.
  • Ability to transfer knowledge to colleagues in various positions.
  • Understanding of manufacturing and cost accounting.
